CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least **24 hours' notice**. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a **25% fee** of the scheduled service. No-shows may be subject to the same fee.
